We’re Hiring: Prompt Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Design, test, and optimize prompts for GPT and other LLMs for high accuracy and reliability.Build structured workflows (e.g., multi-prompt chains, verification layers).Collaborate with civil/structural engineers to turn complex domain expertise into effective prompts.Integrate AI into task-specific workflows like summarization, compliance checks, and code interpretation.Explore tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or other frameworks to make GPT act more like an agent than a static chatbot.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, and reduce hallucinations in outputs.
Qualifications
Proven experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, or other LLM platforms.
Expertise in prompt design and optimization for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals and AI best practices.Experience in workflow automation or RAG pipelines is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
