We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Practitioner to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that support business operations and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine learning, data analysis, automation tools, and AI model implementation. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement AI and machine learning models to solve real-world business problems.
• Identify opportunities for AI integration across departments to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Build data pipelines, perform data cleaning, and ensure data readiness for AI models.
• Evaluate and tune model performance, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and scalability.
• Integrate AI models with existing systems, APIs, or applications.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
• Create documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate model insights and outcomes.
• Provide training and support to teams using AI-driven tools or systems.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and ethical AI practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with AI model development, natural language processing, or computer vision (preferred).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI tools (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).
• Knowledge of MLOps concepts and model deployment practices.
• Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Background in statistics, mathematics, or deep learning research.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
