Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of one or more CloudEagle solutions—define improvements, track adoption, and ensure long-term customer value.
• Monitor product usage and customer feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions and help shape the roadmap with data-backed insights.
• Conduct light competitive and market research to inform product direction.

Preferred candidates:

• Have experience using ChatGPT, Claude other AI tools to setup processes or experiment POCs
• Final year students in Computer Science or related fields
• Possess basic knowledge of programming
• You must be available to start the internship immediately
