Job Description

About the Role:

AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models for various business applications.
Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract actionable insights.
Develop and maintain AI/ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI models into production systems.
Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Research and implement state-of-the-art ML/AI techniques to solve complex problems.
Deploy models in cloud or on-premises environments using containerization and orchestration tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with MLOps practices, model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines for ML.
Exposure to big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and distributed computing.
Knowledge of reinforcement learning, generative AI, or advanced neural networks.
Understanding of optimization algorithms, model interpretability, and explainable AI (XAI).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Publications or contributions to AI/ML research projects are a plus.
