Conduct experiments, statistical analysis & EDA to generate insights for model improvement
Ensure pipelines are robust, scalable, and compliant with governance standards
Optimize pipelines & models for performance on cloud/on-prem
Collaborate with data scientists to translate model requirements into scalable engineering solutions
Implement & manage orchestration systems for data & ML pipelines
Work with Product teams to deliver analytics, dashboards, and insights
Ensure security & compliance across AI/ML workflows
Improve reliability, scalability & efficiency of production ML systems
Stay updated with emerging AI/ML frameworks and technologies
Strong experience building Data/ML pipelines for analytics & ML systems
Hands-on expertise with large-scale structured & unstructured data
Python, SQL, Spark, PySpark
Big Data: Hadoop (HDFS, Hive, MapReduce) or cloud-based equivalents
Experience with Druid, Superset, or other analytics platforms
Cloud knowledge: AWS / Azure / GCP
Version control: Git
GCP Big Data tools (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc)
Presto/Trino
Forecasting algorithms: ARIMA, Prophet, GBDT, XGBoost, Seq2Seq, Transformer, ensembles
Experience in retail or business forecasting / time series modeling
CI/CD for data & ML pipelines
Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI
Model lifecycle management & monitoring
