About the Role:

AI & Machine Learning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable ML models using

    Python

    and frameworks such as

    scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

    .
  • Leverage the

    Azure AI/ML ecosystem

    for data processing, experimentation, and model deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to

    MLOps pipelines

    for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of models.
  • Research and experiment with

    Large/Small Language Models (LLMs/SLMs)

    to explore their business applications.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in

    AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science

    roles.
  • Strong foundation in

    predictive analytics

    and

    statistical modeling

    .
  • Advanced proficiency in

    Python

    and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with

    Azure AI/ML

    ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with

    Databricks

    or ability to learn quickly.
  • Understanding of

    LLMs/SLMs

    concepts and their potential applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a

    remote, multicultural environment

  • Experience in the
