About the Role:

Innovation Engineer

What Youll Do

• Develop and implement AI solutions to solve business challenges
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to identify AI opportunities
• Build algorithms and models to extract insights from data
• Implement machine learning models using Python, R, and other languages
• Support prototyping and proof-of-concept initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on AI/ML advancements and applications
• Work closely with senior engineers for mentorship and skill development

What We’re Looking For

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

• Experience:

  1+ years in technology solutions, AI/ML model development and integration

Skills:

• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with R, Java
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Project management expertise
• Ability to work independently and in teams
