AI Garage Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for engaging with senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision-makers - Define and implement an AI strategy - Convert prototypes into fully developed products - Understand HR operations, processes, and product areas - Manage complex organizational changes - Address obstacles hindering the adoption of new technology solutions - Have an innovative mindset and a vision for how advancements in AI can impact HR functions at Google Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience - Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology, product management, consulting, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML solutions - At least 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing teams of 20 or more individuals with an emphasis on AI strategy, solution development, or product delivery - Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical field such as AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science preferred - Experience with Agentic AI principles and applications, particularly in an enterprise setting - Deep interest and existing knowledge of the latest advancements in AI, particularly in Enterprise AI - Profound understanding of HR operations, processes, and product areas (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.),
