Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Process Automation Manager to automate our work processes across multiple teams. This role will involve analyzing current workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will work closely with our B2B lead generation, data extraction, email reply, calling, sales, 3D design, accounting, email marketing, and LinkedIn marketing teams to create seamless, automated processes. Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing work processes, workflows, and systems across departments to identify automation opportunities. Design and implement automation solutions to streamline operations and eliminate manual tasks. Collaborate with IT and department heads to deploy automation tools and ensure integration with existing systems. Develop automated email response systems, including tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, for personalized and efficient client communication. Automate lead generation, data extraction, and management processes. Create automated workflows for the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and reporting. Streamline design requests, approvals, and project management for the 3D design team. Optimize accounting processes like invoicing, payments, and financial reporting through automation. Automate email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns to enhance outreach and engagement. Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and scalability in all automation projects. Provide training and documentation for automated processes to ensure smooth adoption. Monitor and evaluate the performance of automated systems and implement continuous improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, or systems engineering. Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make, UiPath, etc.). Familiarity with CRM, ERP, project management, and marketing automation platforms. Experience working with Microsoft 365 and tools like Copilot for email automation. Technical proficiency in scripting and basic programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and explain technical solutions clearly. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the exhibition stand design and build industry or a related field. Understanding of trade show operations and sales processes.
