Description
As an AI Engineer / Data Scientist at our company, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying NLP and LLM-based models tailored to specific domain needs such as chatbots, summarization, and classification. Your role will involve fine-tuning and adapting foundation models for various business use cases and building custom pipelines for text processing, entity recognition, language understanding, and speech-to-text integrations. Collaboration with engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems, conducting experimentation, evaluations, and performance tuning for latency, accuracy, and scalability will be vital aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and deploy NLP and LLM-based models for domain-specific needs - Fine-tune and adapt foundation models for business use cases - Build custom pipelines for text processing, entity recognition, language understanding, and speech-to-text integrations - Integrate AI models into production systems with engineering teams - Conduct experimentation, model evaluations, and performance tuning - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, infra, and DevOps teams for deployment and monitoring Qualifications Required: - Strong experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow - Proven track record in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs or transformer-based models - Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals such as tokenization, embeddings, attention, text classification, and sequence labeling - Experience with model deployment tools like FastAPI, Flask, Docker, and REST APIs - Exposure to data pipelines and MLOps tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, and SageMaker - Knowledge of speech-based interfaces or integration with telephony/speech systems is a strong plus - Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions - Familiarity with RAG pipelines and tools like LangChain and LlamaIndex - Understanding of model security, prompt injection risks, and observability If this job description aligns with your profile, please share the following details along with your updated CV to lavanya.g@movius.ai: - EXP - CTC - ECTC - Location - Notice We look forward to potentially having you join our team!
