AI Engineer

Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 4000000 (ie INR 15-40 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI models using LLM technologies for diverse business use cases
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications through API-based implementations
• Develop NLP-based solutions that enhance language understanding, information extraction, and insight generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine AI-driven features
• Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, research, and best practices to improve overall AI performance and innovation
• Utilize AI/ML frameworks and cloud environments to manage end-to-end AI workflows
• Apply tracing and observability tools to monitor and optimize LLM performance
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong hands-on experience working with LLMs such as GPT-4 or similar models
• Solid expertise in NLP, AI frameworks, and modern AI development practices
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for building and integrating AI systems
• Experience with API integrations and deploying models on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic tools
• Understanding of LLM observability tools such as LangSmith or Langfuse
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• A portfolio of personal or academic AI projects showcasing creativity and technical depth
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
