Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI models. You will work on creating AI systems for text, image, audio, or multimodal generation, fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama), and optimizing models for performance and scalability. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, prompt engineering, and deploying AI solutions in production. Key Responsibilities: Develop, fine-tune, and optimize generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, etc.). Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and improve model outputs. Work with transformers, LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch/TensorFlow , and other AI frameworks. Optimize models for latency, cost, and scalability in production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, product managers, engineers) to integrate AI solutions. Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and benchmarking to improve model performance. Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and multimodal AI . Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and responsible AI deployment. Qualifications & Skills: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a focus on generative AI . Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX . Experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Mistral) , fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. Familiarity with RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), and model optimization techniques .
