Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various applications (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics). Data Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust data pipelines for collecting, processing, and transforming large datasets to feed AI models. Model Optimization: Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency, ensuring they can operate effectively in production environments. Integration: Integrate AI models and solutions into existing software systems and platforms. Research & Experimentation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research, experiment with new algorithms and techniques, and propose innovative solutions. Evaluation & Monitoring: Implement rigorous testing, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks for AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions. Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for models, pipelines, and deployment processes. Required Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering roles. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
