Key Responsibility Areas: - Translate complex architectural and 3D visualization concepts into persuasive copy tailored for a B2B audience. - Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and marketing teams to align content with visual storytelling. - Use AI-based writing and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline content creation and ideation. - Research industry trends, competitor messaging, and emerging technologies in architecture, design, and visualization. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of professional experience in copywriting, preferably in architecture, design, tech, or visualization/ad agencies/prop-tech industries. - Strong portfolio of B2B content, storytelling, and technical writing. - Enthusiastic about emerging technologies particularly AI tools and their application in content creation. - Excellent command of English (written and verbal), grammar, tone, and storytelling techniques. - Ability to simplify complex visual and architectural concepts into clear, engaging content. - Experience working with creative teams, marketing departments, and sales stakeholders.
