Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and design AI solutions that meet client needs.
• Explore and experiment with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and libraries to enhance our AI capabilities.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data to build high-quality training datasets for machine learning models.
• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models using appropriate techniques and methodologies.
• Deploy AI models into production environments and integrate them with existing systems and applications.
• Monitor model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI research, tools, and techniques, and share knowledge with team members through presentations, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in AI development, machine learning, or data science.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, algorithms, and techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Version control systems (e.g., Git) and code branching strategies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and knowledge of cloud-based AI services is a plus.
