AI Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that support business operations and product development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ML models, data pipelines, and modern AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train ML/DL models using Python and AI frameworks.
• Build AI-driven features such as chatbots, automation tools, and predictive systems.
• Preprocess, analyze, and manage large datasets.
• Integrate models into applications using APIs.
• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Monitor model performance and optimize for accuracy and efficiency.
• Research new AI techniques and apply them to business challenges.
• Work with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
• Experience with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and ML workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, or prompt engineering.
• Exposure to MLOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience with Hugging Face, Lang Chain, or vector databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
