Job Description

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in a remote setup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building innovative AI-based applications and contributing to cutting-edge technology solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop, implement, and maintain advanced AI algorithms and models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our application.
Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Continuously research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and debug AI models and systems.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and natural language processing.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for AI model deployment.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
A degree from IIT or equivalent premier institutions is preferred.
At least one year of hands-on experience in developing AI-driven applications.
Previous exposure to projects related to AI-based apps, computer vision, NLP, or similar fields.
