Role and Responsibilities Project Coordination: Oversee AI-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business teams to define AI requirements and objectives. Data & AI Strategy Implementation: Support the development and execution of AI strategies and roadmaps. AI Performance Monitoring: Track AI model performance, ensuring continuous improvement and business value generation. Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI initiatives comply with ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and company policies. Training & Change Management: Assist in the adoption of AI tools by training employees and promoting AI literacy within the organization. Vendor & Tool Management: Evaluate and manage AI software, tools, and vendor partnerships. Reporting & Insights: Generate reports on AI project progress, performance, and business impact. Knowledge and Skill Requirement Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum 2 years of experience in AI project coordination, data analytics or business process automation. Understanding of AI concepts, machine learning and data analytics along with knowledge of AI tools like Python, Tensor Flor Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
