AI & Automation Engineer - Zapier

As an AI & Automation Engineer for our key client, your main focus will be on automation workflows, integrations, and data visualization, utilizing AI agents through existing platforms like OpenAI and Gemini/Google Cloud. You will lead the development of new systems to streamline operations and scale processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and manage integrations & APIs across platforms such as Monday.com, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and others. - Build automation workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n to minimize manual tasks. - Write minor Python/JavaScript scripts for custom solutions. - Develop and maintain data visualization solutions using HubSpot, Monday.com dashboards, and Looker Studio. - Support platform migrations and ensure smooth transitions. - Deploy AI agents with existing LLM platforms to enhance workflows. - Collaborate with the Operations Team and Leadership to deliver scalable solutions. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in AI and automation. - Strong expertise in automation platforms, especially Zapier. - Proficient in APIs and integrations. - Ability to write small scripts in Python or JavaScript. - Experience with data visualization and BI tools. - Familiarity with GitHub. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. - Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
