We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster.Key ResponsibilityResponsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing AI solutions that align with business objectivesStrategic Planning: Develop AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.System Design: Architect robust AI frameworks and infrastructure for scalability and performance.Model Development: Design and implement AI/ML models, algorithms, and pipelines.Collaboration: Work with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.Optimization & Evaluation: Continuously monitor and improve AI systems for accuracy and efficiency.Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR, fairness, bias mitigation).Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers in AI best practicesSecurity & Compliance: Data anonymization, secure model deployment, bias detection

Work Experience

Mandatory Skills

Programming Languages: Python, Java, or Node.js for AI system development.Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face; model selection, evaluation, and interpretability.Data Engineering & MLOps: ETL tools (Airflow, dbt), CI/CD for ML (MLflow, DVC), feature stores.Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI deployment and scalability.System Design & Architecture: Knowledge of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Security & Compliance: Data anonymization, secure model deployment, bias detection
