AI Architect

As an AI Principal, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and scaling of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to optimize platforms and processes across the entire Customer Experience gamut in BPO/ITES environments. Your role will involve collaborating with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and clients to identify opportunities where AI can deliver transformative value.
