As a Risk Analytics Lead, you will manage multiple Data Science engagements, interact with clients and EY stakeholders, and bring innovative ideas, methodologies, and techniques to the team. You should excel in developing high-performing individuals and teams, motivating team members, and leading by example. **Key Responsibilities:** - Hands-on work and delivery of Advanced analytics/ML/AI projects, with extensive experience in NLP, Text & Predictive Analytics. - Mentoring juniors and collaborating with leadership on future strategies. - Engaging in operational and strategic planning. - Establishing and nurturing healthy working relationships and partnerships. - Understanding and implementing various risk functions and programs. - Building risk-specific tools for automation, efficiency, and broader coverage. - Forecasting potential nuances related to risk programs and facilitating effective digitization. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, or related field. Engineers with Data Science or Computer Science experience can also apply. - A masters degree, MBA, or PhD in a quantitative field is advantageous. - 10 years (M) / 15 years (SM) experience in risk analytics in an applied advanced analytical role. - 5 years of experience (M) and 10 years (SM) in project and people management. - 5 years of practical experience and familiarity with advanced data modeling techniques. - 5 years (M) and 10 years (SM) experience working with business partners and building relationships. **Additional Company Details:** EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network with locations in Argentina, China, India, the Philippines, Poland, and the UK.
