Role & responsibilities To understand the pattern of data and implement various methods to streamline the data To collect data from various sources with in the company To ensure timely collection of data and prepare MIS Analyze the data as per requirement To train team on data sanity/data collection and to conduct workshop time to time for smooth flow of data To adapt new technology/software for digitalization of data and implement the change in the Company To help management to take decision based on data Preferred candidate profile PG Diploma or Masters in Bioinformatics / MBA Preferred Minimum 5 years of experience with basic knowledge in Statistics and data analysis Liaison with field staff and educate that on the importance of data / digitalization Must have inclination towards Agri knowledge is preferred
