Job Title: AGM/DGM - Sponsorship Sales (Live Entertainment/Concerts/IP Business) Location: Mumbai Company: Laqshya Media Group About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced "AGM/DGM - Sponsorship Sales" to drive revenue through strategic partnerships and sponsorships for our Concerts and Intellectual Property (IP) business. This role requires a proactive professional with strong business acumen, excellent client relationship skills, and a passion for live entertainment and branded events. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop sponsorship opportunities for concerts, branded IPs, and live entertainment events. Build and maintain strong relationships with key brands, agencies, and corporate partners to drive revenue. Develop compelling sponsorship propositions, presentations, and packages tailored to client needs. - Revenue Management: Meet and exceed sales targets through sponsorship deals and partnerships. Negotiate contracts, closing deals that create a win-win for both clients and the company. - Strategic Planning: Develop innovative sales strategies to grow sponsorship revenue streams across live events and IP properties. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that integrate brand objectives into events. - Client Servicing: Ensure effective post-sale servicing and seamless client execution during events. Work closely with event production, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional value to sponsors. - Market Insights: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the sponsorship and events space. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. - 5-8 years of strong experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, or business development within the entertainment, media, or events industry. - Go-getter with Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Existing relationships with brands, media agencies, and corporate clients will be an added advantage. Skills & Competencies: - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - Ability to conceptualize and create compelling brand solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Passion for the events, music, and entertainment industry.
