Drive automation, digitalization, and AI integration to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across processes. 3. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing cycle times, resource utilization, and waste reduction. 4. Ensure top-tier product quality with AI-enabled inspections and predictive analytics for process improvements. 5. Lead cross-functional teams in executing special tasks, smart manufacturing, and advanced assembly solutions. 6. Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering innovation and a culture of continuous improvement. 7. Leverage real-time data and dashboards to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions for sustained excellence. 8. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive cost efficiencies and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
