Job Description

As an AGM (Assistant General Manager) in a fire fighting projects role, you'd be responsible for managing and overseeing offshore and onshore fire safety projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing/implementing fire safety policies, strategies, and training programs. Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans Coordinate with Managers, Engineers and offshore team for Project Execution Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Inventory and Logistics Management Manpower Planning and devise strategies to control attrition rate Ensure all projects comply with relevant fire safety regulations and standards in due deadline Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary. Prepare and present regular project status reports to Management Manage project budgets and ensure cost control. Conduct post-project evaluations to determine areas for improvement. Qualifications Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Shipping and Marine field especially in Offshore Fire Maintenance Project Management required Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
