Role & responsibilities : Function as Finance & Accounts Head in end-to-end management of organizational finances in compliance to organizational policies and other statutory regulations. Internal financial controls, systems and procedures. Ensure financial closing process is completed timely & accurately every month. Preparation and finalization of statutory accounts. Income-Tax compliance, GST compliance, Companies Act & ROC compliance and other statutory compliances. Monitoring financial planning & analysis, MIS, budgeting, variance analysis. Vendor payment management. Management of outstanding receivables. Prepare and present various status reports for the senior management and other stakeholders to enable effective decision making. Directing Day-to-day Financing Activities And Management Of Working Capital & Fund Movements Spearhead Team Efforts Preparing Detailed Financial Analysis Of Projects Reports, New Line / Expansion To Be Appraised By Bankers as Well As Obtaining Benefits Of Eligible Financial Incentives Declared By State For Industrial Promotions. Conduct Feasibility Study For Proposed Capex Incurred For Upgrading Technology, Saving In Operational Cost, Expansion Etc To update The Senior Management On Potential Revenue Impact/future Benefits. Negotiate And facilitate Funding Facilities For Project & Working Capital From Bankers And Implement Effective Credit Controls. Involved In End To End Management Of Projects With Respect To Cost, Resource Deployment, Time Overruns, Quality Compliance and Manpower Planning To Ensure Compliance To Project SLA Parameters. Collect And Maintain Annual Sales Plan & Production Plan Based On Collated Inputs From Various Department Heads For Allocating budgetary Expenses Cost Centre Wise And Obtaining Board Authorization. Assess Budget With Actual Performance And Implement Effective Remedial Measures Based On Identified Deviations. Assess And Finalize Value Chain & Discount Structure For Various Categories Of Customers. Collaboration with Stakeholders While Keeping Them Informed Of Progress And Issues In Order to Manage Expectations On All Requirements And Deliverables Stock monitoring, verification and valuation. Participate in internal and external audits and follow up with various stakeholders for effectively implementing audit recommendations based on identified deviations. To create and to sustain a dynamic environment that fosters the high performance amongst the team members. Guiding Stores, Shipping and HR team on commercial and statutory matter. Preferred candidate profile Qualification: Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary Qualified Age 35 to 44 years Experience 12 to 20 years Reporting To - Director & CEO Team size 31+ Perks and benefits Salary No bar for right candidate .
