AGM DGM -Market Intelligence Research BD: Lead- Market Intelligence and Research About CMR CMR Green Technologies Limited formerly known as Century Metal Recycling Limited is Indias largest producer of Aluminium and Zinc die-casting alloys with a combined annual capacity of over approx. 4, 18, 000 MT per annum. Since its inception in 2006, it has maintained its fast-paced growth by leveraging latest technology and continuous improvement. CMR, which recycles aluminium scrap to make alloy, has 28-30 percent market share in India and is nearly three times larger than its nearest competitor. We are having strong presence at PAN India level (North, West & South) with 13 manufacturing units, 5000 strong workforce and supplies to major automotive industry in India including tier one OEMs like Maruti Suzuki , Honda Cars , Bajaj Auto , Hero MotoCorp and Royal Enfield Motors. Position: Lead - Market Intelligence and Research Job Band: C Display name on Job Board : Lead -Market Intelligence & Research/ Business Development Designation: AGM/DGM No. of Posts: 1 (One) Department: Projects Reporting to: -Director ( Project & Business Growth) Qualifications: Essential Candidate should have Professional qualification in Engineering / Technology / Management / Commerce from recognized University. Desired - Professional Degree/ Diploma /certifications in business analytics / Business Development . Experience: Essential 10-14 years in a research and analyst roles. The role holder is responsible for tracking market movement and trends in product requirements, technology shifts in manufacturing, government policies and procedures to enable first mover advantage to the organization Desirable - Exposure in Aluminum industries Roles and Responsibilities- Profiling of global Aluminium and recycling market (upstream and downstream) and competitive environment, accumulating insights that can derive decision making for senior leadership. Updates of comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models, related to market share, growth projections and other market forces Systematic analysis of recycling industry trends economic and political, legal, policy and regulatory issues Evaluate technology trends in the industry and suggest potential use cases in the current organisation scenario Assist in feasibility studies to evaluate potential benefits that can be accrued from new technology, machinery, projects, regulations, etc. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of recycling markets and trends through reading reports, market research, data analysis and financial modelling. Present to the ED, senior management on avenues of growth (existing and new businesses) to enable growth in top-line for the organisation Participate in industry forums, knowledge workshops, symposiums to gain understanding and create use cases for applicability to the current organization context.
