Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee and manage all operational activities within the assigned region. Implement and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance regulations, and industry best practices. Monitoring Production or Manufacturing Processes: Supervise and direct operational procedures to ensure they function smoothly and effectively. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain workflow efficiency. Budget Management: Oversee the regional operational budgets to ensure the efficient allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures, reduce costs, and optimize financial performance. Identify areas for cost-saving and operational improvements. Workforce Management: Manage and supervise the work of regional teams, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. Allocate assignments, set deadlines, and track performance against key metrics. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members. Strategic Partnership Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors. Ensure suppliers and partners meet the companys needs and contractual obligations. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to align with business objectives. Risk Assessment and Management: Identify potential risks and develop preventive measures to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen operational challenges. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, logistics, and customer service. Act as a key liaison between regional operations and corporate leadership. Provide regular reports and insights on operational performance and challenges. Skills: Experience in an operations management role, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
