Commercial and Contract Management Specialist:- Job Profile :- On a broader note, Commercial & Contract Specialist will review the Contract terms and conditions before finalization, Analysis, Contractual risk evaluation, appraisal of contracts/orders, JDU Agreement, NDA Agreement, identifying areas of possible risks and opportunities, commercial & financial matter etc. - Person should have depth knowledge of Tendering/bidding legal terms. - Good understanding of contract & proposal terms and conditions closely. - Could understand the dossier/tender thoroughly and summarize the main points - Reconciliation of proposal before finalization. - Leading from front for new business proposal till the closure of business deals. - To take the strategic initiative for confidential matters.
