Role Description

The AGM Administration/HR role at Aurex Builders Pvt Ltd involves overseeing daily administrative and human resource operations to ensure efficient workflows. Responsibilities include managing general office administration, supervising facility management, handling budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial processes. This is a full-time on-site position based in Thrissur.

Qualifications

• Experience in General Administration and Office Administration processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Proficiency in Facility Management (FM), including maintaining and optimizing physical workspaces and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting, including expense management and cost-effective planning.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
