Role & responsibilities : This role requires close partnership and collaboration with Software Development Teams and HVAC Subject Matter Experts. Essential Job Duties centre around creation and execution of test scripts as well as assisting in creation and execution of quality metrics. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education 2 to 4 years of Information Technology Testing experience At least 2 years working in an Agile setting, preferably within the SAFe framework Experience with test automation including best practices to utilize and keep tests current Success in supporting and improving code releases including organizing and tagging work items to improve testing accuracy and, ultimately, code quality Demonstrable experience in creating and revising test plans Demonstrable experience in gathering and reporting on quality metrics Mastery of SDLC and related concepts for releasing software Experience in Requirements Planning, ideally in a PI Event setting Experience with 8D or other Root Cause Analysis processes Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on SAFe Agile Teams Planning and Co-ordination skills Good Communication and Analytical skills

6+ y of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails. Experience,OOP, MVC architecture&database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL). Front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React/ Vue.js is a plus). Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker& cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Required Candidate profile Write clean, maintainable, & testable code following industry best practices (TDD, BDD, CI/CD).
