Description: We are looking forThe Agile Coach / Scrum Master who will be responsible for consulting, mentoring, and facilitating agile ceremonies, while proactively addressing challenges faced by teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles defined for the IT department and support teams in achieving the autonomy needed to fully embrace agile methodologies Join our dynamic team, where innovation meets excellence We are committed to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that empowers our employees to thrive and achieve their best Responsibilities Perform Agile Maturity Diagnostics:Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the current state of Agile practices within the organization and provide strategic advice for improvement Design Agile Organizations:Develop Agile frameworks tailored to each team's unique needs, focusing on value creation and efficiency Instill a Culture of Change:Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies at all organizational levels, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability Take on Multiple Roles: Serve as a coach, mentor, trainer, and facilitator to maximize team effectiveness and foster a collaborative environment Support Agile Teams: Assist Release Train Engineers (RTE) and Scrum Masters in understanding their roles and facilitating Agile ceremonies, while promoting best practices in IT product development Requirements Educational Background: Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years of professional experience Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a strong track record of successful Agile implementations Agile Methodology Expertise: Mastery of Agile Scrum methodology, with knowledge of other approaches such as Scrumban and Kanban Facilitation Skills: Experience in facilitating workshops and using tools like JIRA to support Agile processes Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage conflicts and articulate complex concepts clearly #bethechange We look forward to receiving your application Your contact is Anita Virnave SMA Solar India Pvt ltd ??
