Your Opportunity

Join BeGig as an AgentOps Engineer and work at the forefront of agentic AI systems. You’ll design, deploy, and monitor autonomous AI agents that collaborate, execute workflows, and adapt to changing business logic.

Role Overview

As an AgentOps Engineer, you will:

• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Design event-driven workflows where AI agents interact via APIs, memory, and reasoning layers.
• Implement monitoring and evaluation systems for AI agent behavior and performance.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate autonomous agents into production applications.
• Continuously optimize agent coordination, feedback loops, and reliability.

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years in AI systems, automation, or backend orchestration.
• Tools: Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python with strong API and async programming skills.
• Infrastructure: Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and cloud orchestration.
• Monitoring: Knowledge of evaluation frameworks and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) is a plus.
