Job Description

As an Agentic AI Engineer specialized in Moveworks, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and operating Moveworks at scale to drive significant impact across ticket deflection, MTTR reduction, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end Moveworks implementation and operations - Integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow, Jira, Slack/Teams, SSO, HRIS, and other enterprise systems - Curate knowledge sources and fine-tune models for optimal performance - Drive conversational analytics, guardrails, and runtime governance - Contribute to our agentic AI stack for multi-agent orchestration and evaluation **Qualifications Required:** - 5-10 years of total experience in AI, automation, or IT service engineering - Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Moveworks experience in enterprise environments - Strong understanding of conversational AI, integrations, and governance - Experience working cross-functionally in global environments If you are passionate about building intelligent enterprise automation with Moveworks and possess the required experience and skills, we encourage you to share your profile with us at Arti.sharma@infogain.com.,
