As an Agency Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents, providing training and development, setting and achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
