Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager, located in Ahmadnagar. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of agents to achieve sales targets and business objectives. The role involves managing the performance of agents, driving engagement, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring adherence to company strategies. The Agency Manager will also collaborate with business development teams to expand the agency network, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Expertise in sales management, target achievement, and business development
Experience in team management, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
Knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable
Customer relationship management and the ability to provide excellent client service
Comfortable working in an on-site environment with a focus on local market operations
Proficiency with tools and software for sales analytics and reporting
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
