Role Description This full-time remote role for an Agency Manager involves overseeing the development and management of insurance agencies. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting agents, providing training and performance management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving sales targets. The Agency Manager will also be tasked with building strong relationships with agents, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed, and continuously monitoring market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications Experience in insurance agency management and sales Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance industry Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies Proficiency in using CRM and other relevant software Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Experience in health insurance is a plus Show more Show less
