Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Agency Manager, based in Gwalior. The Agency Manager will lead and manage a team of advisors, supporting them in achieving sales targets and fostering career growth. Responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, and training agents, driving sales to achieve business objectives, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends, devising strategies to improve productivity, and expanding the customer base by building strong market presence.

Qualifications

Sales Management and Leadership skills to drive performance and lead teams effectively
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
Strategic thinking and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and address challenges
Training, mentoring, and team development experience for empowering and guiding team members
Proven ability to meet sales targets and performance metrics
Basic operational and administrative skills for effective management
Background in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
Collaborative and result-oriented approach, with a focus on customer satisfaction
