Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is typically required for these roles. Experience: A minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably within the insurance sector, is preferred. Candidates with a strong professional network are also considered. Skills: Effective communication, leadership abilities, and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
