Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Agency Leaders at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance, located in Chandigarh. The role involves managing, recruiting, and training agents to achieve business growth objectives. Key responsibilities include creating operational strategies, driving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and supporting agents in meeting customer needs. The Agency Leader will develop and execute distribution strategies to expand the company’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and achieving sales targets
• Strong Recruitment, Talent Development, and Team Management skills
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Insurance or Financial Services, with sound market knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team to success
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Relevant certifications in insurance or sales are preferred
