Job Description

Customer Relationship Management : Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products, services, and post-sale support. Address customer complaints or concerns regarding product performance, service issues, or technical support. Act as the primary point of contact for all after-sales queries, providing timely and effective resolutions. Service & Technical Support : Oversee the after-sales service process for products, including installation, training, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with warranty terms and provide solutions for defective products or components. Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and field service teams to provide on-site or remote technical support for customers.
