Role Summary: We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and grow our affiliate network. The ideal candidate will be passionate about performance marketing and wellness, and have a knack for building relationships that convert into results. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize the Ayamveda Affiliate Program Identify and recruit relevant affiliates, influencers, and content creators Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure consistent performance Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance and ROI Coordinate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams for creatives and campaigns Ensure affiliate activities are aligned with brand goals and guidelines Manage affiliate payouts and ensure timely communication with partners Requirements: 1–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital partnerships Solid understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and KPIs Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Familiarity with wellness, Ayurveda, or e-commerce is a plus Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage and grow the channel independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Affiliate marketing: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
