Job Description

Role & responsibilities Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit new affiliates to join the program, including bloggers, influencers, publishers, and other potential partners who can drive traffic and sales. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing them with the necessary support, resources, and incentives to maximize their performance. Negotiation: Negotiate commission rates, terms, and promotional opportunities with affiliates to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership. Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to optimize affiliate performance and maximize revenue generation. Creative Development : Work with affiliates to develop compelling promotional materials, creative assets, and marketing campaigns that effectively promote products or services. Tracking and Reporting : Utilize affiliate tracking software to accurately track affiliate referrals, sales, and commissions. Generate regular reports to analyze performance and provide insights for decision-making. Compliance : Ensure affiliates adhere to program guidelines, terms of service, and legal requirements. Monitor for fraudulent activity and take appropriate action when necessary. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing. Implement new strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition. Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams, such as social media, content marketing, and SEO, to integrate affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies. Preferred candidate profile Experience with affiliate networks or affiliate management software. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels. Understanding of e-commerce and online retail industry trends. Experience in B2C or B2B marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and marketing analytics tools. Creativity and resourcefulness in developing promotional strategies. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
