Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Manager - CPI/CPL/CPA Delivery, based in Gurugram. The Affiliate Manager will manage and grow the affiliate partner network, negotiate agreements, and optimize campaigns to meet client goals. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with affiliates, analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve successful campaign execution. The role also involves driving sales and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Affiliate Management and Account Management to develop, maintain, and grow affiliate relations.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with affiliates, clients, and internal teams.
• Sales and negotiation skills to secure agreements and optimize revenue growth from affiliate programs.
• Knowledge of Online Marketing strategies and trends to enhance campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
• Proven analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in affiliate marketing or a related digital marketing role is a plus.
