Responsible for day-to-day Key Account management of Hospitals/Nursing homes/Stockists Achieving sales and collection targets consistently. Developing and sustaining trustworthy relationships with key clients Addressing and resolving key clients complaints. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams. Compiling reports on account progress, Target vs Primary & Secondary Sales, closing balance and forecasts. Follow-up, enhance and encash rate contracts with key clients. Make effective use of CME events including stall setup, management and engagement with the visitors with strong regular follow up. Ensuring required compliances from the customers. Daily Reporting of field activities using online mobile application or any other technology communicated by office from time to time. Ensuring timely submission/completion of defined requirements by the organisation regularly. To send / present promotional material to customers, as and when required. To identify and provide feedback on company's and competitors products to Reporting Manager and HO.
