Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing teams to drive growth. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, sales strategy, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities. Assist in lead generation, outreach campaigns, and client prospecting. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Maintain and update CRM systems with client and lead information. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities, email campaigns, and brand outreach. Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Contribute creative ideas for improving sales and marketing strategies. Assist in tracking performance metrics and preparing weekly/monthly reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
