Role Overview

AEM Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the AEM product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Work closely with AEM developers, architects, QA teams, and UX designers to deliver high-quality features.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of AEM components, templates, assets, workflows, and integrations.
• Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while driving Agile best practices.
• Ensure technical feasibility, performance, and scalability of AEM implementations.
• Analyze customer and user feedback to enhance AEM capabilities and digital experience.
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and business teams for seamless digital asset management.
• Monitor product KPIs and ensure timely project execution.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team communication.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management in digital platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows)

• Deep understanding of content management processes and digital ecosystems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments as a Product Owner.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and cloud-based deployment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• AEM or Adobe certifications (advantage).
• Experience collaborating with global teams.
• Understanding of digital marketing technologies (Adobe Marketing Cloud, Analytics, Target).
