Job description: Significant experience working with at least one content management system, preferably Adobe Experience Maker (AEM), both on the technical and content sideGood understanding of HTML, SEO and #UX.Analytics skills (Adobe and/or Google Analytics).Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders.Being a team player and collaborating effectively with a geographically dispersed teamAnalyzing and presenting data to key stakeholders.Thinking outside the box to come up with innovative points of view on existing or new challenges Experience in persona driven audience targeting and creative identification of devising digital techniques to drive engagement .Adept at using AEM authoring interface, in order to:Create new website structure or updating existing website structure.Managing tag structure and website taxonomy.Migrating content between environments via content packages Setting up website pages.Managing digital assets.Strong experience leading a team of content authors and train them on content management operations (component/template selection, tagging guidelines etc.) Strong experience of working as a product owner in an agile scrum framework with AEM development teams and using tools like Rally, Jira, TFS or similar.Strong experience of working with IT operational support teams and responding to service availability incidents (website downtime) Strong experience of guiding junior team members on BAU website management tasks.Some experience needed (Basic experience is necessary and sufficient).Some experience testing AEM components in hashtag#TouchUI as well as hashtag#Classic UI Some experience of using web accessibility tools like Siteimprove/SilkTide etc. to ensure the content compliance with defined accessibility rules.Some experience in supporting cookie compliance implementation on websites using standard tools like OneTrust or similar Some experience with supporting integration of AEM with other systems
