AEM Developer

Key Responsibilities

AEM Development

• Develop, customize, and enhance AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Follow best practices to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performance AEM solutions.
• Optimize AEM performance and ensure smooth operations in cloud environments.

Integration & Testing

• Integrate AEM with required third-party systems, tools, and APIs.
• Perform thorough testing and quality checks to ensure stable deployments and smooth migration activities.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues.

Documentation & Training

• Prepare clear documentation for modules, customizations, configuration steps, and processes.
• Provide training and support to internal teams and business stakeholders when required.

Required Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in AEM development.
• Strong exposure to

  AEMaaCS (AEM as a Cloud Service)

  .
• Solid understanding of AEM Sites, Assets, and AEM architecture.
• Proficiency in

  Java, J2EE, Apache Sling, OSGi, and RESTful services

  .
• Experience with front-end technologies:

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  , and frameworks such as

  React/Angular

  .
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems, along with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with the

  Azure cloud platform

  .
• Understanding of DevOps tools and practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
